The HaloMed App is your connection to your HaloMed Membership services. When travelling, if you need HaloMed:
Tap the app on your phone to open it.
Tap “Help Me”
Tap “Allow Once” so HaloMed knows where you are in the world.
On the next screen, you will have the option of sharing any information about your situation that you can or would like to share. Once done, press “Send”.
That’s it! A HaloMed responder will call you and personally provide the assistance you require.
